Caranya : 1.Buka menu run ( klik start, run ) atau teken tombol windows+r, trus ketik "gpedit.msc" (Tanda petiknya jgn dipake yo...) 2.Pada computer configuration--->administrative template--->klik network 3.klik Qos packet scheduler---->klik 2x limit reservable bandwith---->disana dikatakan not configured tapi sebenarnya adalah : baca dibawah ini 4. nah secara default windows make bandwith kita 20 %,buat koneksi tapi bro bisa make settingan ini buat override settingan defaultnya 5. jadi triknya adalah dengan ENABLED reservable bandwith dan ubah settingannya ke 0 (Nol) ni akan membuat sistem engga membatasi bandwith kita 6. Ok!!! Ampuh buat Windows Vista, XP Pro, 2000 OS... Nyang lain lum di coba Nah beres dah sekarang tinggal rasakan bedanya
